GRACE PERIOD IS 15 MINUTES...AFTER 15 MINUTES YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED (NO CALL/NO SHOW CANNOT BOOK FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT PAYING FULL SERVICE FEE UPFRONT) -CANCELLATIONS: ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT 48hrs PRIOR TO SERVICE DATE.
